Graduation Solutions is Hiring an Office Manager Lumos Academies Near Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities
1. Operations Management: Overee school calendar, events, communication to staff and parents,
scheduling tours, support master schedule, coordinate with the HUB for social services,
resources, scheduling substitute teachers, transportation
2. Attendance Tracking: Monitor student attendance, record absences, and communicate with
parents regarding attendance matters. Collaborate with teachers to ensure accurate attendance
records.
3. Budget Management: Order, organize, and manage office supplies. Coordinate with vendors
and ensure timely delivery of materials necessary for daily school operations, M&O items, food,
field trips, etc.
4. Emergency Management: Have a good understanding of the safety management and use the
plan in case of an emergency. Mitigate parent communication in crisis situations. Assist with
emergency evacuation and communicate with first responders.
5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for the school as needed. Assist
with special projects and initiatives.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Degree: High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles within an educational setting is preferred. Or any
equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge; skills and
abilities.

The Office Administrator at Grad Solutions’ Lumos school is responsible for providing efficient and
effective administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the school office. This position plays a
crucial role in maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication, and supporting various
administrative tasks. The Office Administrator will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail,
and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced educational environment.
The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that measures the Office Manager’s efficacy and successfulness is
completion of attendance weekly. Success in this position is measured by attendance being completed
each week for 100% of the students.
