We are Natural Choice Academy, a preschool for over 120 children ages 1 to 5. Join our diverse team of 30 guardians of childhood who make a difference each day in the lives of children. 

Work

• This role works at our front desk. They are the first face most people see and they help everyone feel welcomed and loved as they enter our doors. 
• Supporting the team is job #1. This can be small mundane tasks to larger projects. Think data entry, registration paperwork, responding to inquiries, ordering supplies, organizing the supply rooms, time keeping, and lots more.
• Classroom support. Part of your day may be in a classroom to give a teacher a break or help out when big feelings need more attention.
• This position reports to NCA's Director and supports the Admin team that includes a Director, Assistant Director, and husband/wife owners.
• Experienced Preschool Directors and Assistant Directors may find this position appealing if they love the work but are ready for more balance in their life.

Requirements

• Able to work the following schedule. Full-time 40 hours per week with varying shifts that may include: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Minimum of one year experience in an administrative professional role
• Strong preference for background in an educational office
• Able to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card

Compensation and Benefits

• $22.00 per hour
