Shining New Light Therapy & Wellness Center is Hiring an Office Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions at our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office

- Coordinate all office equipment

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

- Handle scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients and staff

**Experience:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in file management systems

- Experience in medical office management

- Knowledge of human resources procedures

- Strong team management skills

- Ability in supervising and training staff

- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication

- Excellent technological and computer skills

- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling

- Familiarity with phone systems for efficient communication
