- 7 to 10 years of human resource management experience required (including strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience highly preferred)
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
- Knowledge of property management & accreditation are preferred
- Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Must have knowledge of (and experience with) various human resource information systems
- Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supervisory, and leadership skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
