Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise personnel within the Fiscal Department
• Oversee day to day accounting functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and cash flow management
• Direct and supervise the preparation of all financial reports
• Direct and supervise the preparation of all financial reports for grant/contract requirements
• Preparation of monthly, annual, and budgeted financial statements
• Coordination of external auditors
• Assume additional managerial duties as appropriate to the position
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred
• 10 years of experience in health care fiscal management or applicable experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $130,000.00 - 145,000.00 per year
