Job Description

• Assembling tax returns for clients.
• Answering phone calls and directing them as deemed appropriate.
• Assisting with the firm's monthly billing, making bank deposits and posting payments.
• Performing general clerical duties

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related experience - prior experience with a public accounting firm is desired, but not required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Works well in a team environment.
