Inside sales Job description:
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, and preparing quotations.
- Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs.
- Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions andsupport.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up callquestions.
- Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Closing sales and working with client through closing process
- Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales teamneeds.
- Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customersatisfaction.
- Support sales staff by completing and processingorders.
- Mange large jobs for sales staff by helping to complete job sheets and providing updates to customers for status oforders.
- Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customerrequests.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask andprioritize.
- Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
- Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform dataentry.
- Ability to pay strong attention todetail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- HVAC product and/or industry knowledgepreferred.
