OTC Industrial Technologies is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

Position: Inside Sales
Location: Dallas, TX

Brand: Surplus Group

Segment: Air Supply Group
Surplus Group, LLC buys and sells new and used surplus water-cooled chillers, air-cooled chillers and cooling towers used in HVAC and industrial process applications. We sell both to the domestic US market and export to Mexico, Canada, Asia, Central and South America.
Our specialties include HVAC Chilled Water Systems, Water-Cooled Chillers, Industrial Process Chilled water systems, Air-Cooled Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Handler Systems - AHU units, and Asset Recovery.

Job Duties:
  • Answering inbound customer inquiry calls and utilizing CRM for customer growth.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is required.
  • A capacity to advise customers and close large ticket sales with our short sales cycle.
  • Meeting with visiting customers.
  • Monday - Friday 7:00 - 3:30pm schedule with no travel. Great for the HVAC arena!!
Responsibilities:
  • Service the incoming customer calls, plus follow-up.
  • Provide the fullest information of product and inventory.
  • Offer the best solution for the client.
  • Close sales successfully and honestly.
  • Develop and maintain client and contact records.
  • Maintain relationships with past customers.
  • Work as a team, support other's efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry, not necessarily as a salesperson.
  • Bilingual is a big plus, but not a requirement
