Description

The Inside Sales Associate will be part of a team to service our existing client base and look for sales opportunities. This role involves communication with existing clients via telephone and email. No COLD CALLING. We are looking for a talented customer service and sales-oriented individual to join our growing company.

Total Compensation: Salary Bonus Target Earnings $47,000 - $55,000

Salary $40,000 plus bonus potential of $7,000 - $15,000 depending on performance. Bonuses are paid monthly. 

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills (Must have a good understanding of using email and G Suite or MS Office)
  • Strong closing techniques with a customer-centered approach 
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to be on the phone all day without distractions
  • A proven ability to perform in a shifting, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Independent worker and self-starter
  • Fun, collaborative, and competitive personality
  • Collections and/or state filing experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • You will receive a list of clients to reach out to each day via phone and inform them of upcoming due dates for their business entities and collect on any outstanding invoices
  • Look for additional revenue opportunities by finding needs with our clients and providing solutions with matching services we offer
  • Set expectations with existing clients on the fulfillment of entity filings.
  • Follow up with clients for additional information/payment needed to fulfill on services.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge and understanding of services.
  • Promote the benefits, coverage, and terms of services to existing clients.
  • Consistently reach and or exceed monthly goals & company objectives.
