THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is an in-person role at our office in Garland, TX.

Quite simply -

• You'll be in charge of converting incoming calls from prospective customers into an initial service appointment.
• You'll grow our accounts by calling our current customers and introducing other service offerings.
• You'll educate our future customers on our process and products and set the right expectations for future steps.
• You'll follow up with leads that come into our system and convert them into an appointment.
• You'll be our only inside salesperson in a brand-new sales department eager to do more and sell more.
• ...and you'll make some pretty great money doing this too!

WE'RE IDEALLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Quickly builds rapport
• Has been primarily in a phone answering role
• Has been in a sales role
• Has sold in a one-call close
• Has sold to consumers
• Has been a part of a new sales department
• Has been the first salesperson in the company
• Has been successful with little to no direction

SPECIFICS REQUIRED/PREFERRED

Sales experience required

Inside sales experience preferred

Military experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
