Position Overview:

The Sales Associate position will report to Boutique Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving individual KPI’s and boutique goals and to ensure the client experience is of the utmost quality. They will fully embrace Goyard’s values of exclusivity, respect, discretion, and excellence in all aspects of their work.

Description of Duties

• Consistently achieve individual sales goals and KPI’s
• Assist the Boutique Manager & team members with daily boutique activities including opening & closing procedures
• Complete understanding of product knowledge and history
• Delivery of the highest standards of client service at all times, including offering beverages and expedited stock retrieval
• Keeping visual excellence in boutique at all times to align with Goyard’s standard of presentation
• Assist the operations team in maintaining stockroom organization & supporting the processing of shipments if needed
• Maintain an updated client book & achieve CRM goals as assigned.
• Embrace and follow all company policies and procedures
• Be team player with a positive and pro-active attitude, in order to build cohesion and a collaborative atmosphere within the teams
• Other projects as assigned by Boutique Manager

Position Requirements:

• 3 years of prior experience in similar position in luxury retail industry
• Track record in achieving sales goals
• Strong organization & follow-up skills
• Multi-tasking skills & attention to detail required
• Excellent presentation, grooming & interpersonal skills
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• With retail environment equipment (phones, cash registers, security / surveillance systems, etc.) and technologies (CBR.)
• MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook skills
• Develop effective partnerships within the team
• Ability to lift & carry boxes up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for full 8-hour shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
