Join us in Garland, TX, where you'll step into an exciting role as our Inside Sales Specialist, transforming incoming calls into service appointments and growing our customer base with your stellar sales skills. With no crawl spaces or scary sheds to worry about, you'll enjoy a relaxed, modern office environment with food provided and ample growth opportunities.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Convert incoming calls into service appointments with ease.
  • Expand our accounts by introducing customers to additional service offerings.
  • Educate future customers on our process and products, setting the stage for an exceptional experience.
  • Follow up with leads and turn them into appointments, driving our sales efforts forward.
  • As our first inside salesperson, you'll spearhead a brand-new sales department and make a lasting impact.

What we're looking for:

  • A natural rapport builder who thrives in phone-based roles.
  • Sales experience? Check! Bonus points if you've mastered the one-call close.
  • Experience in a new sales department? Even better!

This is a full-time position with a competitive a salary of $36,000 per year, plus commission, bonus, and additional perks like weekends and holidays, and the last two weeks of the year off to enjoy with your loved ones.
