Essential Job Responsibilities:

Perform a wide variety of tasks in sales, customer service activities and support NAFTA sales representatives.

• Promote and maintain positive customer relations
• Interact and liaise with Customers, Field Sales Reps, Applications Engineers, Manufacturing sites and Marketing personnel
• Respond to incoming phone calls
• Daily responsibilities include:

• Quotations
• Processing bids
• Entering orders
• Data entry into CRM/ERP systems
• Associated tasks

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Skills and Competencies:Must be detail oriented, multi-tasking, well organized, a team player and handle large volume of tasks.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
• Must have ability to learn technical products
• Education: Technical degree and/or equivalent relevant experience required
• Experience: A minimum of two years experience in customer service is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task with ability to get things done
• Self-directed professional with the ability to maintain own schedule and prioritization of your day
