Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school office. This position requires proficiency in computer skills, data entry, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
