Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students and facilitate their academic growth.
• Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators to support student learning and well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary units, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's educational program.
• Integrate technology effectively into instruction to enhance learning experiences and prepare students for the digital age.
• Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, empathy, cooperation, and a love of learning.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with research-based practices in education.
• Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the school administration.
