Kingdom Mission Ministries is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Apopka, FL

```Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred```

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.02 - $16.98 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
