About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. You will report to the Head of Sales and will work closely with Account Executives to drive growth specifically with our advertising agency business. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through multiple outreach activities. This role will be focused on identifying and qualifying potential new customers, as well as creating and nurturing relationships with key decision makers inside existing customer accounts to find new growth opportunities.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and qualify potential new customer accounts using outbound sales tactics and activities
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas which are focused on generated new quality leads and meetings that translates to pipeline opportunities
  • Conduct research on potential accounts to understand needs and pain. C R solves using in-house tools such as MediaRadar, Winmo and ZoomInfo
  • Conduct outbound activities through cold calling, email, and social media outreach to educate and nurture target accounts
  • Learn and articulate the value of our platform and solutions.
  • Comfortable with data-centric reporting and dashboards and standard clean up on CRM hygiene as the team grows. Prospects qualify during early discovery calls and collaborate with AE’s
 

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales. It’s a plus if prior experience selling to Advertising, Production, or AdTech segments and creative, production personas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical products and solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com) and sales management tools (Hubspot)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising a plus, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in prior, similar roles
  • You are set up to work in a home office environment and align with our “remote-first” culture.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment by embracing an experiment-driven, fail-fast culture, start up experience a plus!
