Job Summary

Our Firm is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to support the daily operations of the Firm. The position will assist in client account management, file maintenance, data-entry, and other duties related to the business operation of the firm. Please note, this is not a legal staff position. This position supports the managing partner in ensuring day-to-day business functioning.

Preference will be given for those with prior administrative experience and Spanish language skills.

We are a small law firm with practice areas in immigration and criminal defense law. We have offices located in both Seattle and Kennewick.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work in a small office environment
• 1 year previous office/administrative experience
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Office 365

Experience:

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
