- Manage the A/P and Client Cost Checks Workflow and team to ensure timely and accurate payments to all KK Vendors and KK Employees.
- Perform Expense analysis for trend variations and unexpected changes in recurring expenses.
- Complete Cost Savings analysis to identify ways to reduce Firm overhead.
- Review and maintain vendor contracts and negotiate for discounts.
- Oversee administration of Expense reporting software including reporting and accounts reconciliations.
- Communicate & effectively follow-up with all vendors and KK Employees on a timely basis.
- Review vendor Statements and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Manage pass-through cost process
- Ensure vendor invoices are approved by appropriate Department Head/BUL.
- Perform adhoc review of vendor invoices for appropriate GL and Departmental coding.
- Review and file 1099s annually.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong prior experience with Concur required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
