National Group is seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic as a full-time AP Specialist /Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to perform daily general office tasks and filing with strong organizational skills to support our office.
Duties:
Answering phones, greeting clients and general front desk duties.
Maintaining client, subcontractor, supplier and vendor files.
Accounts Payable expertise and strong GL knowledge and job costing is required.
Typing, spreadsheets, filing, scheduling
Education & Skills:
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in general office duties
You must have 5 years minimum in AP processing for various companies.
Knowledge of Construction / Building is a Plus!
Must have computer literacy, including strong experience in MSWord, MS Excel (multiple spreadsheets to create and maintain).
Ability to work under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills a must, the ability to work independently with strong multi-tasking abilities.
You must be a team player with an active can-do attitude, and someone who takes pride in their work by going that extra mile.
Accounting Degree Required
