Job Duties

Part-time, in-office, Accounts Payable clerk will be responsible for: 

• Creating and entering new vendors in QuickBooks
• Enters new operating and costs-related invoices into QuickBooks and Filevine case management software 
• Reconciles vendor statements, in addition to communicating with vendors and service providers to ensure accuracy of all organizational invoices, requesting modification and clarification as required
• Maintains, updates and files W-9s
• Other duties as assigned

Required Competencies

• Quickbooks, Excel, Word
• Accuracy and Detail Orientation 
• Confidentiality
