A Fort Lauderdale yacht management company continues to seek professionals that strive for results driven exceptionalism.
The Accounts Payable Associate is a member of the client services accounting department and the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing a high volume of invoices and receipts, data entry, monthly bank account reconciliations and various administrative tasks.
Position requirements:
1. Full cycle accounting experience.
2. Ability to work with other Accounts Payable Associates while reporting to more than one manager.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
6. High organizational aptitude with strong attention to detail.
We welcome all viable candidates that fulfill the above criteria. Maritime business experience is a plus.
Health insurance is available and paid 100% by the company; 401(k) plan is available with company contribution.
Normal work hours are 8:00 am to 4:40 pm, Monday through Friday.
