- Will have offices throughout the Philadelphia metro area and Delaware
- Execute all phases of talent acquisition, including job postings, recruiting, interviewing, screening, and hiring of candidates
- Administrate all functions of HRIS
- Oversee proper execution of hiring and onboarding new employees
- Maintain and file all HR-related employee documents
- Implement and administer employee policies
- Provide recommendations to management on employee relations and performance management issues
- Serve as point of contact for outside staffing agencies
- Perform benefits administration, including enrollment and involvement with the broker
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
- 2 years of HR generalist experience
- Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Ability to travel periodically to central locations within the region
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2010
