ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the project/program to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved
· Responsible for managing multiple concurrent project tasks, providing expert direction and guidance to subordinates, developing schedules, formulating work plans, managing and controlling project funds and resources, and serving as point of contact with CORs/Task Monitors
· Budget tracking and performance analysis
· Runs staffing utilization and burn across all BPA task orders
· Comprehensively coordinates activity across multiple functional groups
· Collaborates with the financial department on accurate contract billing and revenue
· Manages quality control and financials throughout project
· Tracks progress of objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets
· Develops and oversees operations and strategy for various projects including business and financial solutions, communications and outreach, market research/analysis, and graphic design
· Recommend procedure changes to management and coordination of leadership engagement activities to maintain efficient and effective processes
· Directly interfaces with Contracting Officers, Contracting Officers Representatives, Contract Specialists, and Federal Project Managers
· Supports strategic capture efforts including analysis of requirements and provisions, and understanding of statements of work/performance work statements
· Develops and updates standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for project and contract management tasks
· Organizes and maintains records for contract items and activities
· Monitors contract performance
· The creation and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Tracks and ensures implementation and execution contract requirements and actions
· Analyzes risk and develops mitigation plans
· Communications with company executives on contract status
BENEFITS
REQUIRED
· Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in strategic communications
· Minimum of 10 years in marketing or social media strategy
· Minimum of 10 years in writing/editing
· Experience with government (Federal preferred) contracts
· Experience in creating content for information campaigns, press briefings and editorials
· Capable of passing a federal agency background check
· US Citizenship
· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
· Master’s in Business Administration (preferred, or comparative experience)
· PMP preferred
· Outgoing personality with the ability to build quick, strong relationships
· Strong interpersonal communicator through in-person, verbal, and written communication
· Able to receive and follow through on feedback and direction
· Goal-driven, accountable, and able to work within deadlines
· Resourceful multi-tasker
· Conceptual thinker with strong analytic skills
· Strong work ethic
