Capitol Bridge is Hiring a Project Manager Near Arlington, VA
- Provide contract/project administration to ensure all tasks are performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with the requirements of the contracts
- Significant contribution to the management of the P&L and oversight
- Participate in all financial meetings and forecasting activities
- Manage the revenue cycle and production flow to ensure forecasts are met and profit margins remain steady
- Ensure staffing levels are kept in line with production expectations to ensure no erosion of profit
- Manage direct reports and operations of all project tasks
- Ensure that all associates are adequately trained, have the necessary equipment to produce a quality product at a high level
- Manage audits of operations
- Collaborate with other leadership to ensure effective coordination of activities
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in collaboration with other key stakeholders
- Establish and maintains effective relationships with clients and other external entities
- Manage the project's quality assurance and training programs as well as corrective actions to ensure program compliance
- Monitor performance against key indicators established internally or by the clients
- Develop solutions to issues or complex problems
- Develop performance goals and objectives for staff, and monitors achievement of those goals
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration or related field
- At least Seven (7) years of related work experience required. Three (3) years of Management experience required.
- Experience with Federal and/or State clients is highly preferred
- Strong client management skills
- Proven ability with operational analyses, processes, and performance indicators
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Ability to work as a team member as well as independently
- Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required.
- Corrected vision within the normal range.
- Hearing within normal range. A device to enhance hearing may be provided if needed.
- Must possess sufficient manual dexterity to skillfully operate an online computer terminal and other standard office equipment, including a financial calculator, personal computer, and telephone.
- Occasional movements throughout the department daily to interact with staff, accomplish tasks, etc.
