Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect, your primary role will be technical delivery leadership for client projects. You will interact directly with customers to provide expertise in software architecture, design, and operations. You will also lead and manage enterprise and mid-market projects and technical pre-sales support activities as required. You will estimate the resources needed for projects with timelines and solutions. As a leader on the team, you will mentor developers in the proper way to decompose requirements, design scalable systems, and ensure quality throughout the development process.
Responsibilities

• Design and lead solution architecture, assisting with solution requirement definition and ensuring processes are followed by all members of the project team
• Work closely with various customers and project managers to understand and manage project delivery expectations
• Create functional design specifications and implementation plans
• Provide architecture review and project milestone sessions for project sponsors
• Delegate responsibilities and priorities to development staff
• Ensure project delivery processes are in place and being executed, providing oversight for multiple concurrent development projects

Minimum Requirements

• 12 years of experience in a corporate environment
• 9 years of experience designing service-oriented architectures, using cloud providers such as Azure, and hands-on experience writing code such as C#
• 8 years of experience designing database systems for applications (SQL Preferred)
• 5 years of experience with distributed systems and designing microservices
• Expertise and experience in implementing cloud-based SaaS and/or PaaS solutions
• Proven and demonstrated experience designing, architecting, leading development and deployment of multiple enterprise solutions
• Strong desire to solve hard technical problems, and proven ability to do so with little or no direct daily supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a consultative environment

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70 - $75/hr w2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
