The Human Resources (HR) intern role provides an exciting and dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of day-to-day tasks and HR projects as a member of the HR Operations team. In this role you will support the HR Operations team in assisting with administrative and operations tasks related to file management, essential employment documents, benefits and wellbeing programs, and contributing to the development of compliance programs. In addition, this individual has the opportunity to gain experience in immigration support and continuing to evolve our internship programs, with a focus on program coordination. The HR intern will be provided with several options of projects to choose from, and will drive the project(s) from ideation to execution with a capstone presentation on achievements.
