The Opportunity

We are looking to add a Human Resources Coordinator to our team! As the Human Resources Coordinator, your goal will be to provide timely and accurate information to the team. You’ll need to be organized and resourceful, ready to answer questions and help guide the team to solutions. This role requires engagement and an affinity for working with people and our residents.

What You’ll Do

Support the Team

• Update HR Policy Manuals and ensure they are available to all Staff.
• Maintain a system where managers are notified in a timely manner to provide performance evaluations and merit increases in accordance with policy. File all documents in the team member's personnel file.
• Review and maintain applications and arrange interviews with managers or supervisors as requested.
• Verify references of prospective team members as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent personnel information in accordance with the Privacy Act, as well as our established personnel policies governing the release of information.
• Maintain appropriate documentation concerning the team member's right to work in the country. File documentation in the designated location within the specified time frame.
• Maintain an adequate personnel filing system that meets the needs of the facility and complies with current employment practices.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Education

• College Degree in Human Resources (HR) or a related field desired.
• Minimum of (3) years of experience in HR or payroll.
• PHR certification desired.
