About the Position:
The Human Resources Coordinator serves as an integral part of the HR team. The Human Resource Coordinator manages the pre-employment process and recruits qualified individuals. This role works with hiring managers to support their hiring needs. The Human Resource Coordinator creates postings and advertisements for openings, attends job fairs, and utilizes various digital platforms to source and create a pipeline of talented candidates. This role uses an applicant tracking system to follow candidates through the entire hiring process, as well as HRIS software to aid with onboarding management. The Human Resource Coordinator tracks HR data metrics and completes the debarment process monthly. Responsible specifically for compliance and reporting, the HR Coordinator also serves as a back-up to all HR functions.
Compensation Range:
The base pay for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 per hour.
