POSITION SUMMARY: This position plays a crucial role supporting the Human Resources department and our robust recruiting program. Serving as the initial point of contact with all applicants, the primary responsibilities are scheduling candidates, onboarding new hires, and tracking compliance. It is ideal for a candadate who is super organized, and has that unique mix of enjoying both people AND data-tracking!
POSITION DETAILS:
Onboarding - including: Serve as initial point of contact with all applicants. Schedule interviews. Track and support applicant through completion of the onboarding pre-requirements. Maintain contact with hiring managers regarding new hire status. Routine initial onboarding tasks, including making name badges, distributing staff shirts, adding new hire to company platforms (Prosper, Safety Skills, Spillett.)
Training - including: Ensure all employees are trained and in regulatory compliance with all pre-employment training requirements. Conduct & track completion of New Hire Orientation.
Compliance - including: Complete all I9 documentation. Monthly CANS reporting and tracking of completed results. Initiate and track all Club-wide training modules. Oversee all employee training accounts, audit regularly. Process training stipends. Maintain updated background checks for all employees. Coordinate all CPR/First Aide classes, including coordinating trainers, scheduling classes, employee sign ups, etc. Produce audit reports to supervisors regarding employee status.
Additional Responsibilities: Management of the departmental emails. Manage any HR interns. Assist with all ongoing HR Department audit needs. Attend/assist with career fairs & tabling events.
