BOUNDLESS NETWORK is Hiring a Sales Development Manager Near Austin, TX

Boundless is looking for an experienced promotional product industry professional with sales experience to join our sales department in this newly created role. The Sales Development manager will be part of a stable and growing team which utilizes technology to streamline many of the infrastructure requirements to support a rapidly expanding promotional sales team. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn, a positive attitude, and be able to function in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to our Executive Vice President of Sales.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Consultative Sales Management with Boundless Industry Sales Professionals (ISP)

  • Assist ISPs with account strategies and business planning
  • Build rapport and maintain positive working relationships with entire ISP sales team
  • Partner with internal operations and sales team members for positive resolution of problems that arise
  • Assess on-going sales training needs by identifying ISP knowledge gaps, adoption of boundless technology and marketing services
  • Lead on-going sales training events virtually and in person (Founders, PPAI Vegas, Regional Industry Trade Shows)
  • Manage ad hoc tasks and projects that support sales growth and profitability

Business Development

  • Manage incoming RFP request
  • Manage incoming lead dissemination, follow up, tracking, and reporting
  • Attend/assist sales efforts with company-sponsored tradeshow
  • Pursue industry sales professionals (recruits) to join Boundless
  • Manage communications and pipeline to prospective recruits
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • 5 years of promotional products sales or management experience
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Self-motivated to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to multitask; adapting to different job functions as required
  • Ability to prioritize and make independent judgments
  • Team player
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Intermediate/advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Great Attitude!

Other Specifications

  • This position can be remote or work in our downtown Austin, TX office
  • Some travel will be required
