**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our executive team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. **Responsibilities:** - Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. - Conduct data entry, clerical tasks, and transcribe meeting minutes accurately. - Handle phone systems, screen calls, and take messages for executives. - Assist in event planning and coordination for company events. - Maintain and organize files, records, and documents both physically and digitally. - Manage front desk activities such as greeting visitors and answering inquiries. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. - Proficient in data entry, administrative tasks, clerical duties, and transcribing information accurately. - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Experience in event planning is a plus. - Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate appointments and meetings effectively.
