Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Bleuwave. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients in the multi-tenant apartment complexes, hotels, and commercial building sectors. This role requires someone with exceptional energy, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building the Bleuwave brand.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the designated market segments.

· Conduct regular prospecting activities to generate leads and appointments.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and other key decision-makers.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.

· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Bleuwave services.

· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Qualifications:

· Prefer Real Estate Professional with a go getter mindset

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

· Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
