Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and experience in food management, menu planning, and supervising kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and food production
- Manage the dietary department ensuring high-quality meals are prepared
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Develop and execute menu planning in line with customer preferences and dietary requirements
- Implement effective food service management practices to optimize efficiency
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary

- Proven experience in a restaurant or culinary environment
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Proficiency in menu planning and creating innovative dishes
- Excellent understanding of food safety protocols and regulations
