SUMMARY
Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Technician in Anchorage, AK. The primary functions of this position is to support the BSNC Human Resources Department by handling day-to-day administrative activities and an array of departmental functions for both corporate, subsidiary, or affiliate operations. This position reports to the Human Resources Operations Manager and routinely interacts with shareholders, applicants and employees at all levels of the organization. This job requires some background in the Human Resources field. The incumbent would handle assignments or activities that follow well-established routine or standardized procedures.

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
Shareholder Preference. BSNC gives hiring, promotion, training and retention preference to BSNC shareholders, shareholder descendants and shareholder spouses who meet the minimum qualifications for the job.
