Beacon Hill Staffing Group is Hiring a Talent acquisition specialist Near Washington, DC

Our client, a non-profit organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their team for at least 3 months!

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute creative talent acquisition strategies for entry through executive level roles.
  • Utilize a variety of recruiting channels, events, and resources, to secure top talent.
  • Create and implement recruiting and hiring processes and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with staffing firms to maximize resources.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.

Qualifications :

  • 4 years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required.
  • Experience working in a union environment is desired.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems are highly desired.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.

Position Information :

  • Pays $28 / hr-$33 / hr
  • Temporary for 3 months
  • Strong potential to extend.
  • Hybrid with 3 days / week onsite.
  • Office in Washington, DC.
