We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Management Specialist to support our client, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This position is full time and remote with occasional support onsite in Washington, DC.

The successful candidate will provide support services that include the following tasks:

• Support recruitment and outreach initiatives to include job fairs and outreach events.
• Utilize USAStaffing to build and post job vacancies and issue certificates.
• Support the implementation of people with disabilities and recommendations which may include, benchmarking with other federal agencies to learn best practices for administering schedule A programs.
• Assist management of non-competitive hiring programs including veterans and people with disabilities by supporting the posting and management of applicant pools resulting from open continuous vacancy announcements.
