Beacon Hill Staffing Group is Hiring an Office assistant Near Newton, MA

Our client, a Newton based data-driven marketing services company, is seeking a Part Time Office Assistant to join their team! This part time temporary role will be Tuesday through Thursday 8 : 30AM - 2 : 30PM.

The temporary role is scheduled for the next 6 months and will compensate up to $21 / hr. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration!

TechTarget is searching for an Office Administrator in our Newton office who will be responsible for the following :

  • Greet and direct visitors / deliveries;
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks (e.g. photocopying, mail distribution, data entry, ordering and maintaining supplies);
  • Provide general office maintenance including restocking supplies and general kitchen and mailroom duties
  • Answer the phone and check and distribute voicemails
  • Various other duties as assigned

Knowledge, skills and abilities required :

  • Customer service skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Must be well organized, systems oriented and have a strong attention to detail;
  • Consistency and Reliability;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Flexibility;
  • Enthusiasm;
  • Work effectively with individuals with different styles and approaches, and at all levels within the business and;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
