Our client is a Chicago headquartered firm with a great reputation and a keen eye for process improvement. Their HR Operations team is looking for its next addition in an HR Coordinator to help support the various non-recruitment HR functions. They are looking to bring in an HR Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR Department. This role will assist with administrative duties for the HR team and support all functions of the HR team.
The role:

• Onboarding and offboarding tracking and updates
• Benefits administration
• Employee data management in Workday
• Maintaining employee files, running reports
• HR Inbox ownership and being a point of contact for employees
• Special projects as directed

You:

• 1 year of corporate or internship experience doing HR or administration work involving scheduling and coordination
• Interest in human resources
• Bachelor's degree, ideally within HR or business
• Strong MS Excel skills honed in corporate setting
• Strong analytical skills balanced with a service-oriented demeanor
• Workday experience preferred but not required
