In this Onsite, Direct Hire, Director of Human Resources position, you will be first point of contact for employees and lead the Human Resources function. You will act as the 401(k) subject matter expert and participate on the 401(k) Committee.

Location : Tempe, AZ | Onsite 5 days |8 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $140,000-160,000 | Depending on Experience

Background Profile:

• 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources executing HR Generalist duties
• 5 or more years’ Experience in a Leadership Position
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources – Required
• HR Certification: SPHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP – A Plus
• 5 years of 401K and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Management in Multiple States
• Strong knowledge of Multistate HR and Payroll Practices – Required | CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, ID, CO, TX, NM
• Must be able to cultivate and manage relationships with internal customers, vendors, brokers, etc.
• Must demonstrate exemplary conduct and set a positive example as a servant leader.
• You describe yourself as “Outgoing & Collaborative” with Outstanding Communication, Customer-Service, Presentation & Training skills
• You thrive in a Fast-Paced environment with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficient with HR Software Systems & MS Office Suite
