Location : Hybrid, 3 days Onsite in Scottsdale AZ, 2 days Remote (after training)
Background Profile :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred
- 2 years prior experience in HR Administrator OR Talent Acquisitions Coordinator - Required
- Exceptional writing skills for offer letters and job postings required with some experience in multistate HR Laws
- Must have prior onboarding experience with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and ATS systems (Clear Company ATS preferred)
- Superb attention to detail with strengths in recognizing and implementing process improvements within a fast-paced corporate talent acquisitions team
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills with strong MS Office skills
- Must be US Citizen OR US Green Card Holder to be considered
