Our client, RXO, has partnered with Backstretch Recruitment Group to exclusively manage their Freight Brokerage hiring needs in Arizona.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive you will sell brokerage services to new customers. You will be responsible for building relationships, generating new revenue and solving customers issues by providing unique transportation solutions. RXO will give you the support you need to excel at work, and the resources to build a career you can be proud of. 

Each day will be different, yet a typical day will include:

  • A high focus on customer service and relationship building
  • Hunting and developing leads through cold calling to secure sales, meet your goals and keep earning uncapped commission! 
  • Negotiating to secure profitable rates and ensure client satisfaction
  • Multi-tasking, prioritizing and problem solving as issues arise

What you need to succeed at RXO:

  • Experience in outbound sales, cold-calling doesn't phase you (80 calls a day - no problem!)
  • High energy and a positive attitude
  • You love to jump on the phone and get to know potential clients
  • Results-oriented - you love to solve problems and make deals
  • Tech Savvy - not afraid of new software and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
