B&L Automotive Repairs, is looking for an experienced, dedicated and hard working Auto Body General Manager.

We're looking for someone to take ownership of the shop, the staff and the performance including estimating, sales, profitability, customer service, production, employee relations, insurance relations, and more.

This position requires the ability to multi-task and the individual must be detail oriented to meet all insurance company guidelines.

Duties And Responsibilities

Includes but not limited to the following:

• Exceed or meet revenue targets for the shop
• Develop and maintain current insurance relationships
• Communicate shop's performance goals and results to shop personnel
• Maintain work in process levels that are consistent with the capacity of the shop
• Create a positive, team-oriented environment and resolve any disagreements in a timely and fair manner
• Ensure CCC One Management is accurate
• Ensure the shop is clean, maintained and organized
• Interviewing and hiring the best candidates possible
• Recognize staff and provide feedback
• Able to perform under pressure and stress
• Basic knowledge of Collision Center financials
• Proficient knowledge of reconciling CCC One estimates for profitability while maintaining the guidelines set by insurance

Qualification's

• Excellent communication skills and flexibility to perform many tasks at once
• At least two years of Management experience
• Knowledge of CCC One estimating and management a plus
• Experience managing a budget
