The Restaurant General Manager ­­­­­­­is an essential member of Food & Beverage leadership team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for creating an environment where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best and advance, also he is dedicated to preparing specialized innovative cuisine per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including all shifts: AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum 3 - 5 years previous restaurant management experience posses a positive attitude, be a self starter and be comfortable working alongside a team of Food & Beverage professionals.
• Requires oral proficiency in the English language other languages is a plus
• Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer and spirits). Certifications are required.
• A leader who has excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving ability, engaging, and energetic.
• Must have full knowledge of financial management, which includes understanding of profit and loss statements, labor standards, operational expenses and budget process. 
• Previous management of an independent restaurant is required. Michelin experience is required.
• They must be able to lead the department, which includes problem resolution, disciplining of staff and overall leadership of the restaurant.
• Strong leadership, training, motivation and communication skills.
• Able to evolve restaurant to be heartbeat of hotel
