Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong human resources management background and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of employee information in HRIS systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources management
- Lead a team of HR managers
- Report to HR Head in USA
Experience Required:
- Human Resources: 10 to 15 years of experience
- Automotive Manufacturing: 10 to 15 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
