Human Resources Managers possess outstanding people skills to manage our employee’s experience through our human resources programs, policies and initiatives. They deliver effective strategies which are aligned to NORR’s regional business objectives. They ensure compliance with regional human resources policies, programs and local legislation when providing leadership counsel and coaching to senior and emerging leaders.
The manager will oversee a team of regional HR professionals in driving innovative human resources solutions and programs applicable to the architecture and engineering industry.
Leadership and guidance of our people are the most important aspects of this role. The success of the human resources function is driven by an empathetic, approachable and motivational leadership style.
