WESTROCK BILL RATE RANGE : $70.00-$75.00HR (BASED ON EXPERIENCE / HM OFFER)

1. SOMEONE WITH HR COORDINATOR OR SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE
2. SOMEONE FAMILIAR WITH PEOPLESOFT TO PROCESS TRANSACTIONS IN THE SYSTEM
3. SOMEONE WITH A FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDSET TO ASSIST MANAGERS WITH THESE PEOPLESOFT TRANSACTIONS
4. BACHELORS DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES OR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
The opportunity :
WestRock is undergoing a global business systems transformation project. This project contains 100s of individuals who are transitioning on and off the project.
We are currently looking to recruit an HR Specialist to support the people transactions for this project.
This role will :
Handle incoming inquiries, identify and documents issues, and process the necessary transactions in PeopleSoft.
Escalate complex issues that require further review for research and resolution.
Provide exceptional customer care and ensure resolution of issues.
Contribute to continuously improving the people services in quality, efficiency, and care.
What you need to succeed :
1-2 years of professional HR (field, corporate and / or COE) experience in a fast-paced environment, preferred.
Fluent in English communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
Strong customer service mindset with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and process oriented solution capabilities.
Collaborative and team player.
Demonstrates good judgement and maintains confidentiality.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
Advanced computer skills to include the use of computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), phone, PeopleSoft experience is strongly preferred.
