HR Generalist with UKG experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR function and duties
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assist the HR Manager with process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
- Assist with and occasionally lead the Implementation of programs that improve and promote company culture, values and policies
- Assist with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Properly handle complaints and grievances
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist HR manager and recruiters to source candidates
SKILLS:
- HR project management experience
- Conflict Resolution
- Strong communications skills
- Fast computer/typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Familiarity with resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
