Artesano Restaurant is currently seeking for a Sous Chef to join our culinary team.As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-energy, creative, and collaborative atmosphere dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning guests. Our restaurant prides itself on using the finest ingredients, innovative techniques, and impeccable service to create unforgettable culinary journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new dishes and maintain menu freshness.
- Upholding sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
- Relevant culinary education or certifications preferred.
