Outbound Sales Development Representative

Compensation: varies based on experience, part time 1099 contract, 10 hrs/weekly

Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) frequently serves as the initial connection between ArtCloud and Art Businesses. Our dedicated SDR team is focused on identifying, researching, and qualifying potential gallery, boutique, and store partners within the Art and Jewelry Verticals. The initial step of Identifying the right customers for ArtCloud is pivotal in our sales journey, as it profoundly influences our subsequent marketing and sales strategies.

Core Responsibilities

General

  • Gain a foundational comprehension of ArtCloud’s product portfolio to become a dependable customer resource for galleries.
  • Undergo ArtCloud training to become proficient in the HubSpot CRM system.

Prospecting / Lead Generation

  • Create target prospect gallery/boutique/store lists by researching and evaluating Ideal Customer Profile, the “right fit” customers through web research

Qualifying Leads and Updating Prospect Records

  • In the research phase, ensure Hubspot records are kept current by updating location, segment, and all accessible contact details.
  • As a component of the qualification process, create profiles for accounts and Identify the primary decision-makers at art businesses, adding their contact information and titles to HubSpot.
  • Maintain accurate records for leads that are determined unqualified or not a fit, preventing future misdirected outreach efforts.

Moving Prospects through sales funnel to hand off to Sales

  • Following lead qualification, initiate the first contact through email sequences and phone calls to the gallery, all managed through HubSpot. This initial contact progression moves the lead to the “Marketing Qualified Lead” stage.
  • During the research and early contact phase, identify any specific business requirements of the gallery and communicate ArtCloud’s solutions, initiating the sales cycle.
  • Set appointments (demos or intro calls) for sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  • Ensure a successful follow through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Hubspot and providing thorough handoff to the sales team.
  • Weekly end of week report on outreach metrics (targets below)

Weekly Targets (at 10 hours per week) :

  • 37 Weekly 3 email sequence enrollment (not in HS, not on our radar)
  • 25 Weekly Outreach Phone Calls [will have overlap with previous email outreach]
  • ~3 Weekly Galleries moved to Sales Qualified Lead (handoff to sales with meeting booked)

 Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and being on video with potential customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • BA/BS degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills
  • Located in Atlanta, GA preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
